Pitch concept for a fresh new design of FED-EX’s loyalty site. Combining gamification with user data we tease the user with tempting rewards they have previously searched. Simple point accumulation is now fun with dynamically animated browser based point calculator.
Following up with a social and email campaign prompting the user to visit the site and interact for daily reward points.
