Utilizing analytics, I created a series of monthly video posts for both Facebook & Instagram. Crafting the content around shareable topics, seasonal holidays, local hotspots, and trending hashtags.
IRVINE COMPANY APARTMENT COMMUNITIES
With more than 125 apartment communities located throughout the prime California regions of Orange County, West Los Angeles, San Diego and Silicon Valley, ICAC wanted to engage with all their future and current consumers on social media.
I was tapped to help lead the creative strategy and content development across their master brand and community channels. Bringing new ideas and a fresh new voice to their social presence.
A limited budget hamstrung our ability at large production videos. I had to create video posts from still imagery, stock footage, typography and illustrations. Along with a strategy of creating relevant content within 9 different pillars.
Implementing this new structure was extremely challenging and rewarding to see the engagement increase across all channels.
