The creative process starts with immersing yourself in the brand and their competitors. Analyzing the target demographics and truly understanding their social habits. Identify the challenges and possible solutions. Refining the ideas and crafting the solutions. With that, the team and I developed and designed a strategy for custom weekly content. Speciality cocktails, food and cigar parings, and local events. Reviewing the analytics and social data to learn, adapt the creative, and redeploy to help increase user engagement.

To increase engagement we ran an a very special promotion MARTELL CARACTÈRE’S – ICONS OF CARACTÈRE. Launching the brand with the star power of Andy Garcia and Gustavo Galindo. Using their unique stories to impassion the visitors to share their own and win a chance at a trip to France.

MARTELL CARACTÈRE
Working with the talented multi-cultural team at Epsilon, I was asked to lead the digital launch of Martell’s newest cognac brand “CARACTÈRE.” Researching the vast history of Martell and Penord Recard the team and I established a classical vintage style that paid homage to the bold history of the brand.
To hype the launch we also created the Facebook sweepstakes “ICONS OF CARACTÈRE.” Crafting digital media, video, custom posts, and social ads to drive users to submit their story of character.
The launch design along with the sweepstakes and media buys jumped the followers from 5,000 to more the 25,000.
